Most of our properties permit a minimum of one pet upon request. Just let us know about the animal you would like to bring in the notes book when you request a reservation. We will charge a fee to cover any cleaning or repairs.

We are not normally able to offer early arrivals or later departures, however please do always ask and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. For all properties, check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. It is possible that we can hold or accept your luggage for you outside of those times.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, the refund you receive depends on how far ahead of your arrival date you tell us. Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and you will receive a full refund. Cancel between 5 and 30 days before arrival and you will receive a refund of 50% of the total paid. Cancel within 5 days of arrival and no refund is due. To cancel, please email us at hello@deluxelondon.com. The date we receive your email is the date we use to work out your refund.

Once we have confirmed your dates we send a secure bank payment link. You pay us directly, with no platform service fees added on top.

Yes. Booking with us means no platform service fees, so the same home costs less than it would through an online travel agent. Every rate already includes cleaning, linen and admin.

It varies by home and season. You will see the minimum nights on each property page before you send a request.

We regularly rent out our spaces for private filming. Email hello@deluxelondon.com with details of your shoot and we will contact you to discuss the options we have available.
